The Site describes an investment-technology platform under development. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or investment product, and no part of the Site should be construed as investment, legal, or tax advice. No investor portal or account access
The Site does not currently provide an investor login, portal, or any mechanism to allocate capital to QuantTurtles. Any future capability of this kind will be governed by separate, explicit terms at the time it is introduced.
Intellectual property
The QuantTurtles name, logo, and the content of this Site — including text, diagrams, and the description of the Investment Decision Engine — are the property of QuantTurtles unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
- You will not use the Site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
- You will not use automated means to scrape or extract content from the Site without permission.
